I never thought that I would find TRUE love literally almost in my own backyard! We have Nicole to thank for getting married on September 10th 2005. It all started at her wedding and is ending with ours, how perfect! He and I spent that night after her wedding talking until 5a.m.. We both knew right away with so much in common and so many of the same beliefs that we had found "the one" in each other. It was kind of crazy how fast we clicked and we have pretty much been together since that day. He "wooed" me from the start. He was so romantic some of our friends and family were questioning that I was talking about the right Kevin when I would tell them about all the nice things he did for me.
He really out did himself with our engagement. Since I never get tired of telling this story here goes...
It was Mother's Day and he told me he wanted to change that day to be a happy one for me so he was going to take me wine tasting. A limo picked us up from Bobbie's and we were on our way. After stopping at the first winery I asked if we were going to Sattui being that it was my favorite but he said no. First surprise we pulled into the parking lot of Sattui. He took me over to a private roped off area just for us. He lead me to a table with my moms picture on it and a vase full of iris. I immediately started crying thinking this is the nicest thing he could have ever done for me. He pulled out my chair and got on one knee and asked me to marry him. Now that was the nicest thing he could have ever done. I was completely surprised. Even more surprised once we left the winery and arrived at my Dad's for a Bar-B-Q. Instead it was a backyard decorated in purple and full of our family and friends. The fact that Kevin wanted to make my mom apart of our special day means the world to me and thats why I Love him!
We have been on the same page for almost three years and cant wait to continue our journey together.

We will make it official on October 11, 2008 at Chardonnay Golf Course.
