It was 2005 that Mary and myself met. We were both playing pool at a local pub. My first instinct was to ask her to play a game of pool. She turned me down(hmmm..playing hard to get. I like it). Our relationship blossomed into a nice friendship from that moment. It wasn't until around October of 2007 that we realized that we liked each other enough to start dating. Mary invited me to watch her sing in the Santa Rosa Symphonic Choir. She was performing at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts...WOW!I was in Love. She had a voice like an angel. We soon joined forces and started playing pool as a team. After a couple of seasons playing pool together we realized that our relationship was becoming more serious and had all the ingredients of becoming a long lasting and fullfilling relationship. We started going on trips together. Vegas, L.A., Oregon. There is a 13 year age difference between Mary and I. One day I consulted my dad about the age difference. He explained that if we had each others best intersest in mind that it was good to go. If anyone knows about these things, my dad does. That settled it. I was in for the long haul. Then on one particular trip in which Mary was to sing at Carnegie Hall in New York City, something magical happened. We were taking in the view from atop the Empire state building. It was a cold stormy night  just before midnight on April 16, 2010. We were the only ones on the terrace. This was my one big chance to pop the question. Finally, after a few days and a few thousand miles, the ring that I had been hiding for months, made it from my pocket to her finger. I proposed to her on one knee in the rain  on top of the Empire State Building. We have come a long way since that chance encounter at the pub in 2005. We have become inseperable best friends, and look forward to building a marriage based on a foundation of God's principles on love and marriage.

The Wedding is on 10/01/11 will be at 3pm at the Villa Chanticleer in Healdsburg. Dave choose the Date based on the impressive amount of 1's and 0's, along with being a binary palandrome (?:)When Dave and I first started dating he lived in Healdsburg, so it has become a town full of memories for us. Our first date was at one of the summer town square music nights:) Without giving out too many details of the big day, I will say that it is a fun and whimsical concept with lots of color and unique wine country touches. There will be amazing Mexican food provided by Las Palmas (my favorite) and plenty of music, wine, and family & friends to ensure a fun and memorable day. Thank you all so much for being a part of this amazing experience with us!!
